Intimacy and sexuality are important yet often overlooked aspects of our lives, particularly when life stress, mental or physical health issues are at play. I am passionate about helping clients to explore and foster these facets of who they are to holistically enhance their wellbeing. I aim to work collaboratively with clients and take a flexible approach to help them work towards their sexual wellness goals.

As intake coordinator for the Tri Health Clinic, I seek to help individuals explore their needs and ensure that our services are the best fit for what they’re looking for in a professional, non-judgemental environment
