I help anxious young women with a painful past, regain control of their lives in a meaningful way. I work with women who have experienced sexual trauma, with a primary focus in intra-familial childhood sexual abuse. Painful past experiences shape the way we show up and navigate through our present day lives and the world around us. Without deep healing of these experiences, we can feel stuck; like nothing is working. It feels hopeless and discouraging. I see you and I am so glad you’re here.

I provide a warm space to explore present day anxieties and past trauma to get you past that feeling of stuckness. I use a gentle approach, meeting you where you are at, while also helping you find the direction you want to go. My approach is warm and light-hearted in therapy to allow you to build a comfort level with me that allows us to do really deep and important work together.

Jessica’s Expertise

General Mental Health

I use a combination of talk therapy, as well as brain-body approaches, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting to target deeper, more meaningful healing so that you can both know and feel your worth. I guide you through processing and releasing stored traumas that are causing emotional and physical problems in your present day life. Let’s get you to a place of owning your enoughness.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy camping, biking, kayaking, sushi and cuddling my dog.
