I believe that good health allows people to truly live their best lives. Between work, family, household responsibilities, and everything else on your to-do list, you need your health to support you, not slow you down.

Like many of my patients, I’m a busy person myself: parenting, working, keeping a home, and trying to show up as the most authentic version of myself. I understand how challenging life can feel when your health isn’t where you want it to be—and how important it is to have a clear, realistic plan to get back to feeling like you again.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your true self: energetic, confident, creative, generous, and able to be fully present in your family, your work, and your community. When your health is replenished, your whole life benefits.

Concerns I often help with include perimenopause, fatigue, vaginal dryness, pain with penetration, period-related problems, urinary incontinence and infertility.

Patients choose to work with me because I:

  • Have extensive training in, and a passion for women’s health
  • Listen carefully and take your concerns seriously
  • Provide current, accurate, evidence-based information
  • Empower you to make your own informed choices
  • Take a holistic, whole-person approach
  • Focus on underlying causes, not just symptoms
  • Create plans tailored to your real life

I’ve been practicing naturopathic medicine since 2011, helping thousands of patients improve their health through personalized, evidence-based care. I’m a registered member of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and gained prescribing rights in 2017.

My clinical focus on hormone health led me to preceptor with Dr. Erika Schwartz, a pioneer in bio-identical hormone therapy. I’ve shared my expertise through writing for Alive Magazine, contributing a regular health column to the Kingston Whig-Standard, and speaking about women’s health as a guest on the Vino and Vaginas podcast. I published a peer-reviewed paper reviewing insulin resistance in polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Naturopathic doctors are medically trained, naturally focused health professionals with seven years of full-time post-secondary education in nutrition, lifestyle medicine, botanical medicine, and prescribing. In Ontario, NDs must remain registered with the College of Naturopaths and participate in ongoing continuing education and quality assurance programs.
