I work with a variety of sexuality and gender-related concerns. I am affirming and knowledgeable of LGBTQ+, poly/ENM, and kink identities. I believe that sexuality is integral to who we are and cannot be separate from other aspects of our lives and identities.

My approach to therapy is warm, engaged, collaborative, and evidence-based. I have a wide training background and will adapt my therapeutic approach to fit what is comfortable and helpful for you. I believe that therapy is most effective when we work together to understand your concerns, their origins, and what can be done to bring about meaningful change. Therapy can be challenging and painful at times, and I will make sure that the process is balanced with occasional humor and joy.

I find great meaning in the work that I do, and consider it a privilege to work alongside you in your goals of sexual and relational well-being.
